Fil-Cartoons, a Philippines-based animation studio founded by Jerry Smith, who is one of the cameramen at Hanna-Barbera.
The studio was founded in 1987 as a subsidiarity of Hanna-Barbera, which most of the shows were produced like The Smurfs, The Pirates of Dark Water, Tom & Jerry Kids, What A Cartoon!, The Addams Family (1992 Animated Series), Dexter's Labortory (the first six episodes mainly), among others.
The studio is also produced non-H-B shows as well, like Tiny Toon Adventures and The Mask animated series.

Fil-Cartoons is also responsible creating Steven Spielberg's Toonslyvania, a short-lived show aired on Fox Kids and one of the first animations by DreamWorks, the company that created Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, among others.

Fil-Cartoons was responsible doing the animation of Meena for UNICEF in the early to mid 1990s.
